Our servers are located in world-class datacenters in Huston Texas, Dallas Texas, and Atlanta Georgia. Our network infrastructure has been built around reliability and performance. Redundant, geographically dispersed, NOC and security monitoring in multiple data centers delivers better security and reliability.

Our Network Information

Our servers are part of a network that have high speed redundant Internet connectivity which includes some of the following pipelines: Verio OC3 Link to Internet, Savvis OC3 Link to Internet, ELI DS3 Link to Internet, Sonet OC3 to Time Warner (#1), Sonet OC3 to Time Warner (#2), Cogent GB Link to Internet, and Williams GB Link to Internet. This investment in quality bandwidth affords us excellent network performance with a high level of resilience. The network is fully switched, utilizing high specification components. Replacements for all core equipment are kept on site ensuring fast recovery in the event of equipment failure.

Servers Hardware

We use latest in industrial strength web server equipment for performance and reliability including Intel P4, Dual Xeons with 2 to 3.2 GHz based systems. All servers have at least 2GHz processors, 100Mbit Ethernet adapters, a minimum of 2GB of memory, and a server grade mainboard and chipset.

Redundant Power to Network

All backbone routers, network equipment and servers in our datacenter are connected to a dedicated 250Kva electricity power supply. In the event of a power failure or interruption, backup diesel generators supply power. Power is then routed through UPS devices and power conditioners before being distributed to server racks through industrial strength 16 Amp outlets.

Server Operating System and Software

Industry proven software, with our own modifications and improvements powers our servers. Our servers run Red Hat Linux and include Apache web server in conjunction with the powerful MySQL database server and Horde mail server. For your added protection, we have also installed IPtables Firewall software on all servers. All our servers are using the cPanel control panel.
