What should I use my logo on?

Use your logo whenever you can. Do not just use it on stationery and business cards. Use it on uniforms, novelity items (hats, pens, memo pads), websites, phonebook ads, vehicle lettering and signage...just to name a few. The more exposure your logo gets the more engrained it will become in the mind of a potential customer.
