Is there a way to have my users change their email password themselves?

Yes, your users can change their email password from webmail. They should login to their webmail at http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail. After they have logged into webmail they will be able to change their password. Note: Once they have changed their password they will have to update their password in any mail clients that they use.
